It was such a perfect day!

Magical To Say The Least

I had my Wedding here 13.07.24 and it was Magical to say the least. Kristine was my coordinator and she was fabulous. I received the best service from her and the rest of the staff. I had been living in Canberra and only did two visits with Kristine in person and all communications were done via email. She was very responsive and understanding with me. We hosted both our Civil Ceremony and Wedding reception at the Hills Lodge, they allowed for me to have my have my Civil Ceremony at 9am and then my Reception at 1pm since I had a Religious Ceremony that I needed to have at 11am. Most venues don't allow that, but the Hills Lodge made things possible for me which I am absolutely grateful for. My husband and I stayed at the hotel as well as some of my guests and they all had the best customer service from all the staff. We dined at the restaurant too and it was 5/5 the service as well as the quality of the food.

I wish we could do it all again!

My husband and I got married here Feb 2024 and we wouldn't have chosen any other place. Our wedding planner Kristine was an absolute gem right from the start of our first appointment, she made everything run so smoothly and I felt very calm. The venue itself is so lovely, the rooms were nice and clean and room service was very attentive, not to mention how yummy the food is at the Noble's restaurant. I wish we could do our wedding all over again just to relive the amazing moments we had at The Hills. Thanks again to Kristine and all the amazing staff!

Nothing Short of Spectacular!

We had our wedding at The Hills Lodge and it was nothing short of spectacular! The venue is pristine, the food was amazing, and the awesome staff is engaging and more than accommodating. Kristine the Wedding Planner held our hand through the entire process and we couldn't have asked for more. Christopher the Duty Manager was super helpful and went above and beyond making arrangements for after the reception. Jackie the main server was always smiling and always made sure we were looked after. All of our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the venue was for us. The Hills Lodge deserves the highest recommendations!

Venue is truly amazing!

This venue is truly amazing! We had to reduce our numbers due to COVID and Kristine - our wedding coordinator from the Hills Lodge was so amazingly accommodating and flexible - she put us at ease and we had the wedding of our dreams despite challenges of the current pandemic situation. There were so many options to make our reception feel truly ‘us’ and the value was fantastic. On our wedding day Kristine and the staff were super responsive and helped us with anything and everything. We had so many compliments from our guests - from the food to the room to the beautiful setting. Do not go past this venue in the Hills - it’s the best!

A Day To Be Remembered!

Ryan and I just wanted to thank you and the amazing Hills Lodge team once again for making our reception one to be remembered. We truly could not have picked a better venue. From start to finish (as I have said before) you made the entire experience as easy as pie and during the challenging moments and potential guest additions, you reassured me that it was all workable and nothing to worry about.

How Can I Ever Thank You!

Dear Manager,

On October 5th our daughter Caitlin, together with her new husband Steven Klouth, held their wedding reception at your hotel. I would like to sincerely thank you for an amazing evening. From the minute we arrived Friday afternoon your staff could not have been more helpful. Everyone was very friendly and courteous, and it seemed they could not do enough for us! Everyone went above and beyond! Having a wedding in another state is not easy, but Hills Lodge certainly helped. I would like the staff to be acknowledged for their outstanding efforts. This included staff at reception, in the restaurant, the cleaners and of course all associated with the actual reception. The function room was set up beautifully and all staff were wonderful. Cheryl was friendly, professional and thorough. Please thank her, and her staff as well as reception, restaurant and cleaning staff. We just want to say a HUGE thank you

As a little girl, my family would take us on holidays to Sydney and we would stay at the Hills Lodge Hotel every time. We made so many special memories there and I always thought it would be the perfect venue for a wedding.

When my husband and I got engaged, we were living in Queensland. We flew down to Sydney to check out the Hills Lodge Hotel together and I fell in love with it all over again! We had our wedding ceremony and reception there in December. From start to finish, the service was absolutely amazing. Cheryl and the team made us feel so relaxed throughout the whole planning process. We thought it would be tricky planning our wedding there from interstate, however, every aspect of organising and planning felt so easy thanks to Cheryl!

We just want to say a HUGE thank you to all the staff at the Hills Lodge Hotel for all the hard work that was put in to make our day so special. It is such a beautiful location and I am so glad we decided to have our wedding there!

"My daughter celebrated her wedding at Hills Lodge last weekend and I want to extend a big hearted thankyou to Cheryl for all her hard work and assistance facilitating the day. As the weather was unpredictable wet, Cheryl and the staff at Hills Lodge warmly accommodated our guests in the upstairs library which was wonderfully decorated for the ceremony. The reception venue was also perfectly decorated and every detail exceeding my expectations. The floral arrangements were a particular favourite among guests with the added treat of being able to enjoy the arrangements for a further week at home. My family made a fantastic choice choosing Hills Lodge to celebrate Tabitha and Bradley's wedding. "

Everything was perfect

"Duncan and I had the most amazing wedding. Everything was perfect - the terrible weather long forgotten. We are truly thankful for you arranging the "plan B" ceremony venue at such short notice.... the forecast was so wrong! All of our guests were amazed at how calm I was on the day - this was obviously only made possible by the staff being so wonderfully helpful. We definitely chose the best wedding venue possible...
