Nestled in the scenic Castle Hill, indulge in a selection of miniature cakes, tarts, scones, ribbon sandwiches, and warm savoury pastries, all served on beautiful antique cups and saucers. Perfect for celebrating baby showers or a girls' afternoon out, especially during Winter by our cozy open fire.

- Minimum of two per booking
- Inclusions: High tea stand for two, choice of loose leaf tea, coffee and a Sparkling wine.
High Tea is available in Nobles Restaurant on Saturdays from 12pm - 3pm.

Dietary requirements can be arranged with prior notice.
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS - please note we do not offer High Tea on any Public Holidays.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that any cancellations made within 24 hours of booking date will be charged the standard full price.

- Public Holiday hours are usually the same as weekends, but times can vary.
- Bookings are required for groups in-house over 6 people
- External Guests are welcome, but bookings are essential

If you are a wine collector, why not take advantage of our BYO on Fridays (excluding December). Although we have an extensive Wine List, we also allow the luxury of enjoying that favourite bottle you have been carefully cellaring to be enjoyed with the fine food at Nobles. A corkage of $12 per bottle applies.

- Breakfast - Monday to Friday: 6.30am to 9.30am Saturday & Sunday: 7.00am to 10.00am (Bookings essential, no walk ins permitted)
- Dinner - 6 nights: 6.00pm to 9.00pm Monday to Saturday (Closed Sunday)
- Nobles Bar - 7 nights: from 11.00am till late. Bar Menu available Monday to Sunday
- Room Service - 7 nights: 6.30am to 9.00pm
- High Tea Service - Saturday from 12.00pm - 3.00pm
- Public Holidays - Hours do vary, bookings essential (10% surcharge applies)
