I wanted to send a heartfelt thank you to you, Richard, Jacqui, and the entire team at The Hills Lodge for making my 60th birthday celebration such a truly memorable evening.

From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. Richard had set up the room exactly as I had envisioned it, and seeing it all come together was incredibly special. Every detail was beautifully presented, creating such a warm and elegant atmosphere that made the night feel even more magical. The food was exceptional. Every course was beautifully prepared, presented and absolutely delicious. Throughout the evening, so many of our guests commented on how amazing the food was, and many told us it was one of the best functions they had attended. It was wonderful to hear such consistent praise. Your staff were equally outstanding. They were warm, attentive, professional and genuinely friendly throughout the night. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made both us and our guests feel so well looked after. We received countless compliments about the service, which is a true credit to your team. I would also like to extend a special thank you to the manager of Nobles restaurant Jacqui. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and her support did not go unnoticed. Turning 60 is a milestone that only comes once, and thanks to everyone at The Hills Lodge, it was everything I had hoped for and more. The evening was seamless from beginning to end, allowing me to simply relax, celebrate with my family and friends, and create memories that I will treasure forever. Please pass on our sincere thanks and appreciation to Richard, the chefs, the waitstaff and everyone who played a part in making the evening such a success. They should all be incredibly proud of the experience they created. I have also just finalised payment of the outstanding invoice, and I have attached the remittance advice for your records. Thank you once again for helping make my 60th birthday so unforgettable. I would like to thank all of you for the great service we received as well as all our guests. The food was great and the service was excellent. All our requests were accommodated with a smile and you were true to your promise to us that we need not worry about the buffet running low as it was consistently monitored and promptly topped up. Please extend our thanks to everyone in your team. We will recommend The Hills Lodge to all our friends and will not have 2^nd thoughts of booking our next events with you again.

On behalf and David and myself we thank you for all your assistance facilitating our function in The Estate Room, which was held yesterday. The Room set-up, food offerings, bar service and wait-staff were all perfect. We were also blessed with a beautiful sunny day, so the outside area was utilised throughout the afternoon. Thanks also for the use of the audio-visual equipment so we could play our power-point slide-show. All our family and friends remarked on how lovely the space was, and indeed The Hills Lodge itself.

Thank you for your assistance in helping me co-ordinate my birthday lunch on Sunday 3^rd August. Venue: It was set up ever so nicely – tables and chairs were set so well. Service : Could not fault it – the waiting people were ever so good and did such a good job in making a few changes in the layout of the chairs, we had to move a chair here or there and they were very obliging. Bar Tab: Again, the waiting staff assisted very well and ensured that everyone got their drinks. Food: was absolutely excellent – all my guests were so pleased with the quality of food and presentation.  Will I use your venue again – absolutely !

Attended a function here last Saturday night, the catering was provided by the team in Nobles Restaurant, wow, extremely impressive, the food was great, better than great it was excellent, the service by the staff went ABCD, “Above and Beyond the Call of Call of Duty”.
